O blessed Saint Anthony, grace has made thee a powerful intercessor for all who seek thy aid. The lost things of earth are restored through thy prayers. I place myself before thee with confidence. Restore to me that which I have lost (mention request), and above all, help me to preserve the grace of God and remain faithful to His holy commandments unto death. Amen.
